Quadel has established an IT Help Desk that will provide assistance with QualCheck problems (i.e. login issues, error messages, website access issues, functionality questions, adding/removing/updating user access).
If your issue or request is urgent (it prevents usage of the system), please call the Help Desk at (855) 508-5515 for an immediate response. Otherwise, please email itsupport@quadel.com with "QualCheck" in the subject line.
- For all emails, please include a detailed description (including screenshots if possible) of the issue or request.
- When emailing to add a new user, please include the following information: new user’s first and last name, email address, location, title, and supervisor.
